Try this..
For Vista (32 bit):
Open Computer.
Navigate to C:WindowsSystem32.
Scroll down and open the Macromed directory.
Open the Flash directory.
Right-click FlashUtil9b.
Select Run as Administrator.
When the UAC prompt appears, select Continue.
Follow the Flash Player installation ... Continue reading »
